The Risk you may face as an Admini of WhatsApp or FaceBook Groups

It is true that some users probably having admini. rights over social media groups like Facebook and WhatsApp may get a feeling of authority or control. But, who knows?, this feeling would cost, if administrator is unaware of current happenings in his own group.

If you have joined in social media groups like WhatsApp, you could have been also a part of group. It would be really annoying when tons of messages in that group shared on daily basis. Yes! you can simply mute such message notifications and be free from disturbance.

But, when you are admini of certain group, you should be conscious about every thing that has been shared in your group. In case faked news, morphed photos or illegal videos were shared in your group ,and you were unaware of that event, then you will face some serious  problem.If you have control over your group, you should deny such problem giving news or videos. When you don't make it serious and allow sharing such fake videos or rumours, you would be only person to hold responsibility for such bad sharing.

For this proper legal action will also be taken on you under cyber crime law, Information Technology Act and IPC. Now, WhatsApp ann FaceBook have reminded the administrators of groups to take responsibility to avoid unnecessary legal problems
