Milk Kova
Ingredients
Milk - 1 liter
Lemon Juice - 1 to 2 tsp
Sugar - 100 gm
Cardamom Powder - as required
Ghee - 2 tbs
Pour milk in a pan and heat till it get condensed. Once the milk starts getting color changed to light yellow, add sugar and lemon juice to it and stir well. When you get desirable consistency, remove it from fire and add ghee and required cardamom powder for taste. Now milk kova is ready to serve!
Rasgulla
Ingredients
Milk - 1 liter
Lemon Juice - 1 to 2 tsp
Arrowroot Powder - 1 tbs
Water - 1 liter
Sugar - 250 gm
Cardamom Powder - as required
Take required quantity of milk in a pan, boil it and then add lemon juice. Stir well and collect the curdles, and wash them with pure water in order to remove the smell of lemon juice. Add arrowroot powder with milk curdles and make them as small balls. Take water and sugar in a wide pan and boil it in a medium flame. Gently immerse already prepared balls into the boiling water and sugar mixture and let them cooked for at least 20 minutes. Add a little amount of cardamon powder for taste. Let them cool down and then serve!
Milk Kesari
Ingredients
Rava - 200 gm
Sugar - 300 gm
Milk - 500 ml
Cashews And Raisins - as required
Ghee - 2 tbs
Cardamom Powder - as required
Mix some water with milk and boil it in a pan. When the milk is getting boiled add rava and stir well till it's cooked, then add sugar and let it aside. Now, roast a few cashew nuts, raisins with ghee in another pan. Mix the roasted cashews, raisins and cardamom powder with cooked rava and sugar mixture. That's all! Now Milk Kesari is ready to enjoy!
Milk Poori
Ingredients
Maida - 500 gm
Rava - 75 gm
Milk - 1 liter
Condensed Milk - 100 ml
Sugar - 100 gm
Corn Flour - 1 tbs
Salt - as required
Ghee - 3 tbs
Cashews - as required
Raisins - as required
Oil - as required
Mix maida, rava, salt, ghee and water in a pan and make a dough to roll into desirable shapes. Place oil in another pan and heat to fry pooris. Boil milk in a separate pan, when it gets condensed add corn flour and sugar to it. Once the boiling milk becomes thick add a little bit of cardamom powder. Pour milk over the fried pooris and decorate them with cashews and raisins before serving.
Milk Toffee
Ingredients
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 100 gm
Butter - 2 tbs
Cashews - as required
raisins - as required
Boil milk in a pan till you get condensed form, then add sugar and stir well. When the milk and sugar mixture start to thicken add butter, cashews and raisins. Place the content in a greased plate and allow it cool down and then cut into small pieces
Milk Burfi
Milk - 1 liter
Sugar - 500 gm
Ghee - 200 gm
Rava - 2 tbs
First fry the rava and keep it aside. Boil the milk and while boiling add sugar, rava and ghee little by little. Once the boiling milk becomes more thick spread it on a greased plate and later cut it into small pieces
