Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
Bananas - 2
Milk - 500 ml
Cream - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 5ml
Sugar - 100 gm
Beat bananas in a mixer and keep it aside. Heat milk and sugar in a pan, and once the mixture thickens remove it from fire and let it cool down. Now add vanilla essence, corn flour, cream and beaten banana to the sugar-milk mixture and stir well. Pour the mixture into the freezer. Wait for at least two hours to enjoy yummy banana ice cream.
Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
Milk - 500 ml
Cream - 1 cup
Corn Flour - 3 tsp
Sugar - 100 gm
Vanilla Essence - 5 ml
Heat milk and sugar in a pan and let it cool down. Add cream, corn flour and vanilla essence to the milk and stir well. Pour the blend into the freezer and wait for an hour to get the vanilla ice cream.
Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients
Milk - 500 ml
Cream - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 2 tsp
Corn Flour - 3 tsp
Sugar - 150 gm
Pour milk into a pan and boil it, then allow it to cool down. Add cream, cocoa powder, corn flour and sugar to the milk and stir well. Pour the mixture into the freezer and after two hours you can get tasty chocolate ice cream.
Pineapple Ice Cream
Ingredients
Pineapple to crush - 2 slices
Milk - 500 ml
Cream - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour - 3 tsp
Sugar - 100 gm
Heat milk and sugar in a pan and let it aside. Add pineapple crush, cream, corn flour to the milk and blend it well. Transfer the mixture to the small paper cups and allow it to freeze for at least 2 hours to get pineapple ice cream.
Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients
Mangoes peeled - 2
Sugar - 50 gm
Cream - 1/2 cup
Milk - 300 ml
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Boil milk and sugar in a pan and allow it to cool down. Add peeled mangoes, lemon juice, cream and corn flour to the milk and blend it well. Now pour it into the freezer to get mango ice cream.
