How to Prepare Chocolate And Biscuits At Home

Chocolates and Biscuits are really the most favorite food things for all age group of people.  Milk, sugar, butter and nuts are the main ingredients that make them the most nutritious and delicious ones. Here you can learn some easy methods to prepare them at home.


Chocolate

Ingredients

Sugar - 150 gm
Water - 150 ml
Milk Powder - 100 gm
Cocoa Powder - 50 gm
Butter - 50 gm
Cashew Nuts - 5

Heat water and sugar in a pan to prepare sugar syrup. Once the sugar syrup reaches the string consistency remove it from fire. Meanwhile chop the cashew nuts into small pieces and let it aside. Now add butter to the hot sugar syrup and stir well and then also add milk powder and cocoa powder little by little so that you can avoid the forming of lumps. Now you will get a thick brown colored chocolate paste. Now mix the chopped cashew nuts. Just spread it on a plate greased with butter and keep it inside the fridge for at least 1 hour. Then cut it into small pieces.






  Maida Biscuit
Maida Biscuit

Ingredients

Milk - 200 ml
Sugar - 150 gm
Ghee - 100  gm
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Maida - 300 gm
Wheat Flour - 100 gm
Water - As Required
Oil - As Required

Mix ghee and sugar in a bowl and then add milk and flours one by one to make a soft dough. Roll it and cut into small rectangles or squares. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the biscuit pieces till they get golden brown color.

Coconut And Butter Biscuit

Ingredients

Maida - 200 gm
Sugar - 50 gm
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Salt - As Required
Butter - 75 gm
Milk - 100 ml
Crated Coconut - 100 gm

Mix sugar, maida, baking soda, salt and butter in a bowl and then add milk and crated coconut to make it dough. Roll the dough and cut into small pieces and roast them on a plate greased with butter till they get golden brown color. Now the tasty coconut and butter biscuit is ready to serve
